Desktop/WebRTC Contacts

The Desktop/WebRTC version of ReachUC does not have its own contact database.  Instead, the Desktop/WebRTC version of ReachUC allows you to sync with your PBX portal contacts or the contacts from your mobile device.

If you wish to change the contacts available to you when using the Desktop/WebRTC version of ReachUC you must make the changes from the source (either PBX contacts or device contacts) and then re-sync.  The contact sync takes place each time you login to the  Desktop/WebRTC app.
